I decided to count calories again, since over the past month my eating habits returned to their once-upon-a-time badness. Although I can't exercise very much right now because I screwed up my hip a bunch. So yeah. I'm going to try to be extra careful for the next 2 weeks and see if I lose any weight. I've joined a calorie-counting challenge.
