The week started off a little rough...an afternoon at Ikea, followed by building furniture from Ikea and rearranging most of my living room. Being tired and a little angry by the end of it all, I did eat quite a bit of pizza and mixed myself a stiff drink.
But the rest of the week seems to be going alright...getting in some of my favourite classes at the gym, eating good food that I made at home, getting at least 7 hours of sleep.
Trying to be careful now so I don't fall into any traps during December when I have family coming to visit and there are chocolate and other holiday treats spread out as far as the eye can see!
