Man I really want to lose 5 lbs soooo bad.. I really really really want to be 2-oh-anything.. as apposed to 211 or 214 or 224.. I Just want to be 2-oh-anything.. but I know that once I get there... all I will be thinking about it 199... oh yeah sweet sweet 199. I am at 54 lbs down right now.. so 60 is a big number, but then so is 61.5 cause that is my half way mark.. but 69 lbs lost is huge because that will put me under 2 bills.. ye gods I can not even remember when I was under 200.. I can tell you it was not in this century. :P In summation alot of goals.. lets get to them already.

Smiling...it's so funny how you and I like to linger in this area! I've decided to cut 200 calories a day for the next 7 days to try to get an edge. Good luck!

Ceebee, You can do it!!! I think one thing that will help you out is if you eliminate all white breads, pastas, tortillas, etc. and switched over to whole grain with lots of fiber, you would see a huge difference! Even if you can eliminate the fruit loops for just 2 weeks, you can do it. I have noticed it in my cravings that if I eat something sugary or starchy, then I crave nothing but sugar the rest of the day and it is just a downward spiral. Try it! If it's hard for you, just commit to doing it for a short period of time and stick to your guns! You can do it girl!

Avoid the sugary breakfast cereals. Although Froot Loops are my absolute favorite I try to stick to foods with a bit more protein in them because they keep me fuller longer! After eating sugary cereals, I crash and want nothing more but another heaping serving of it! I usually eat egg whites on a whole wheat wrap with some veggies in there. Good luck :)
