I am recording a journal for Wednesday evening.. Been so busy trying to get prepared for Thanksgiving. I feel so so so bad..never thought I would feel like this after eating..

I went over and above on my carbs. :( i tried so hard not to but just couldn't resist it.. My daughter in law came over to help prepare the food to cook tomorrow and she decided to make crab cerviche.. OMgoodness it was soo good. I honestly didn't think the carb count was going to be so high but it was :( My food diary went downhill after breakfast.

Crab meat, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro and I had it on a crunchy tortilla shell - 2 tortillas was 15 net carbs. . You talking about somebody that feels guilty that would be ME! LOL LOL

I have alot of cooking left for tomorrow morning, I should be resting but I really needed to get on the computer and check in and ventilate my guilt!

I can only imagine what I'm going to feel like after tomorrow - later on today.. :( I NEED STRENGTH.. LOL LOL

Awww, I'm sorry you feel bad :/ Sounds like you gave it a good effort, though! This is a tough time of year, so don't kick yourself too much, girl. At least you were honest about it! :) I know you'll get back on the wagon. Trust me, splurges like that don't happen very often. After the first time, you always remember how you felt when the situation arises again. Sending you lots of strength! :)

You can do this!! Don't kick yourself up about it. Make reasonable decisions and you'll be fine. It's extremely hard to stick with it this time of year with all the extra goodies floating around. Have a great Thanksgiving and jump back on plan on Friday!
