I fell off the wagon last night. I was hanging out with some friends and next thing I know I was eating pizza and wings. Completely killed my calorie count for the day. I was just so hungry :( .... I ended up with an positive 600+calories. Looks like tonight at the gym I am gonna have to go extra hard to make up for my mistake yesterday. We are all human tho right....
