Spent an hour and 10 minutes at gold's gym last night. I burned roughly 700 calories on the exercise bike and elliptical combined. It wasn't to bad, compared to the last few days I can feel my body getting used to the cardio. Well at least enough so I don't feel like death on that machine.
In other news, My wife is registering for her College classes today. I can't wait to be for her to be a nurse. Because If I keep going as hard in the gym as I have been the last few days... I am going to need one.
