This is just weird, now. First I hurt my shoulder and it messes with a couple of workouts. Worked out yesterday in spite of it and it eventually started feeling almost fine again. So I'm relieved about that, not wanting to have an injury that'll keep me from working out as I can't seem to lose much at all if I don't. So I'm trying on a bunch of clothes I'd put away since a lot of my clothes are getting too big : ) Somehow I tripped on the pant leg or whatever, caught my second toe in it and it's been killing me since. It swelled and is black and blue and hurts like hell to walk on it. I propped up up yesterday with an ice pack for a couple of hours - but waited until it swelled and I could hardly put weight on it to ice it. It probably would have felt so much better had I done it right away. So - another freakin' injury! And leaving for CA in the morning, too, not knowing how much exercise I'll get in. As my husband pointed out, though, if I really can't work out much, the timing is as good as any since I don't know how much I'll work out there. Just frustrating. I managed to avoid injury for almost six months and now that I'm actually losing weight, I get hurt twice within a couple of days of each. On the plus side, a lot of my clothes are really big on me : ) Most of the ones that fit me know are size 9, but a pair of pants or two are 8's and one pr of jeans is still a 10. But I'll take it!

Oh no: poor you. Hope your toe isn't broken (though I don't think they do much these days?). ____________________ If I don't catch up before you leave, I hope you have a good trip.
