Had a steak at Longhorn, but cut a 7 oz in half. and Romaine lettuce with just vinegar on Friday night.
Sat night had shrimp (4 large) and salad with a little caesar dressing, probably a tablespoon (on side and dipped the romaine lettuce).
I know it's not perfect, but no carbs, so I'm pretty happy with myself for going out and choosing well. I am feeling ok, although yesterday had a terrible headache and hungry until I ate my morning strawberries.
