Have to go grocery shopping tomorrow. I didn't realize that the stuff I thought was healthy had so much sugar in it! Goin to cut out much more sugar and see how that affects my weight loss. Did zumba for 30 mins today and I feel great. I love waking up sore! Looked up how many calories I have to burn to achieve my goal, I have to burn 750 additional calories a day to loose 2 lbs a week. I think I can do that! I just have to stay motivated! Maybe the fact that i just found out that I'm almost obese will give me a push. A little depressing, but its motivation nonetheless.
