Today I'm starting over. I've been starting over for a couple weeks now, unfortunately I've made some poor eating choices in the last few weeks (months) and have gained some of my weight back. I am really going to focus on losing it. I have a solid workout routine and now also a workout buddy which will help. Main concern are eating habits which have slipped a lot.
Going forward:
- small portions
- limit alcohol to minimum
- no sweets until at least 5 lbs is lost
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
