Need to work out, but my shoulder is killing me. Started hurting night before last and it usually doesn't last this long. Can't really raise my arm much more than shoulder height. Should make working out interesting. No push-ups, ab holds, planks, arm raises...hmmm...we'll see how this one goes. I put some aspircreme on it and didn't seem to help much. Need motivation, too!
Starting to go thru some clothes. Holy cow, can't believe how big some of those things are! Didn't realize I was that big. Feels good, though. Still need to get a container down from the top of the closet and see if any of those fit. I'm pretty much in single digit clothing now : ) Well, not all of them, to be sure.

Hmmm, must be the week for injured joints!! Hope that your shoulder gets better soon, and in the meantime, maybe you can find another way to get your exercise in. I, too, use aspercreme, and I love it. And don't get discouraged, it will get better. As for motivation, looking through "fat" clothes, always does it for me. Hve fun looking at the old clothes and thinking, "My gosh, was I really that big?!?!?!?!?!?" And getting into single digits???? That is simply awesome! Congrats!

Have you recently started a particular exercise that could have caused this pain?

I know...injuries abound this week! I wish I could point to an exercise that did it. I do the same five or six DVD's usually six days a week, so that's probably not it. It's an old injury that hasn't flared up in a while. I'd fallen on it really hard years and years ago and stopped bothering me for the most part several years back. But here it is again...maybe I'll put some more cream on it and then work out. (this is hours later : ) Thanks!

Congratulations on the Single Digits: getting out the old clothes is like shopping for free! Just wish manufacturers had a consistent sizing though: I've found there can be up to two size difference between outlets. _____________________________ Hope your shoulder is feeling better: these old injuries are a pain (literally)! Maybe a couple of sessions at the physio' would help?
