Today I'm working a 12 hour shift so it kind of threw off my routine. I usually wake up at 8:00am eat breakfast then go to the Gym then eat Lunch and snack and go about my day. I'm kinda eating this backwards and whenever I feel hungary I'll eat a little. Everything that I am eating is on my diet but I just feel off today. I didn't go to the gym and I know I will be tired to go after work. Lucky for me its a 3 day weekend and the weather is going to be NICE. It's a bit odd that I didn't loose any weight today? After hitting the gym I thought for sure I would see some weight loss. Maybe it will hit me next week and I'll get a surprise when I step on the scale next week and see the pounds drop off.
I'm still wondering If I should drink Next Friday, I know I'm allowed 2 beers but for me 2 beers turn into 10 :) I will have to watch what I eat while I'm drinking and not to over eat, I will up my water intake the day after and do cardio. I know the scale will go up but I just won't weigh myself the day after I'll give it a few Days..

We all have our "off" days....where we don't feel like doing this. I am there right now myself. That is when we stick to plan as best we can, and know that eventually we will be motivated again. I am blessed that I do not drink alcohol, or I guess I would have that struggle on top of my carb addiction. Hope you have a good weekend and don't stress out too much about this.....
