Eating has actually been much better generally, but a couple of meals out have meant that I don't have much to show for it this week. I'm quite happy that I've got back into my proper eating habits at home though, and hopeful of a better loss next week. The main thing is actually that I am still mindful that I have this weight to lose, and am on a mission to lose it.
