Beau seems to be back to his normal self, thank heavens!. He slept next to me on the bed last night; much better than when he spent most of his time under it. I just got up to check the laundry and he stole my chair; he's curled up in it comfy as can be. :o)
Another hew Zumba instructor today in the second class with different moves; it was difficult to count the squats I did, but it was at least 140 in the two classes. We move fast, but I'm always careful to use proper form so I don't hurt my back or knees.
Leftovers for lunch were delicious. Sigh, so were the two samples the guy working at See's. I went there to use a coupon to get some good chocolate to hide away until my partner says "I need chocolate!", and of course a couple of my favories to ration out to myself. I really enjoy a dark peppermint now & then; I can savor one for quite a while.
I love being at my goal and being able to restrain myself from pigging out. I do want to reach 130, but mainly I want to tone, strengthen, and be really healthy when I see my primary care doc in a few weeks. She agreed to test my cholesterol & triglycerides even though my numbers were good when I weighed over 200. The ratio was good, so she was satisfied, but I know my total cholesterol will be lower; I'm eager to see all my numbers. Heck, I'm eager to see her face when she walks into the exam room & sees the 'new' me.
