Last Wednesday, I stopped in at WW in Santa Rosa to get weighed. I have been a little up and down on the scale lately but had gotten down 2.6 lbs at that weigh in. What Susan showed me is that I was thinking negative thoughts about my weight loss vs others. She'd shown me a pic of her prior to her losing 45 lbs and my immediate thought, was "well you didn't have as much to lose". This not only gave her no credit but I gave myself none either for my loss. My 5 minutes of positive thinking are that I am deserving of recognizing my accomplishments and accepting them for my good. My heart is my loving center and will carry me through as long as I listen to the good and input more good thoughts that will rule my body and soul.
