Sunday, November 11, 2012 I had a great day today! I did my first reps today with 5 lb weights. Brian is having me to do 20 reps, 3 sets each.
1. I do 20 reps, 3 sets of "Dumbbell Shoulder Press" From a sitting possition, I do 20 reps, then rest for a minute, then repeat that 2 more times.
2. Then I do 20 reps, 3 sets of "Dumbell Curls"
3. Then I do 20 reps, 3 sets of "Chair Squats"
I do these 5 days a week and believe me, they aren't as easy as they look. Today was my first day to do this and I used the 5 lb weights. My arms said NOOOO! To heavy, LOL! I found 2 lb weights at Walmart and brian, my trainer said those would be just fine to start with.
Off to bed now, but I did want to first post what my day was like, to share with you how I am coming along with my new lifestyle. I also found two new recipes today, healthy and low in points. One is a keeper, the other one I can do without, not so tastey to my palate.
