And... As of today I have officially lost 10.1 kg since October. Most I have lost on any of my previous weight loss adventures.. I usually hit a plateau around 5-8kgs because I just get so bored with "paid for, structured meal plans" like Weight Watchers or Weigh Less. AND I am under the 89kg mark for the first time in probably more than 5 years. So this was is my first big goal achievement while IF: 16/8 and restricted calories + loads of fun at the gym 3x weekly and walking my fluffy best friends every day. Next goal = 85kg.

This is soooo awesome!!! I find that as long as you don't go over your recommended daily calorie limit and keep up your exercise you can have that doughnut or whatever you feel like. Just keep track of every single thing you eat! And if you are burning more than you are taking in (my Fitbit shows that in this app!) you are well on your way to reach your goal!
