my body is all out of wack. Feeling very puffy.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Me too.... I'm telling you... it's refined carbs and sugar! Our bodies are telling us they don't like it and it's getting in the way of our body functioning properly!
