2 mile walk, my body is sore. Baby slept through the whole thing. Had healthy snacks and meals, good day.

Great Job! The soreness wears off...trust me. It will remind you not to stop or you have to experience the soreness all over again. Don't forget to incorporate some stretching. How old is your baby? My youngest turned 1 on Oct 12 and my oldest will be 3 on Feb 23rd. My only time to exercise is 5 am.

Thank you, today was beautiful out, but I did not have a bit of time to make it on the trail. Tomorrow will afford me a normal schedule :D She is my first, turned six months two weeks ago and she is already becoming a handful lol. Congrats on your two babies, and the weight loss. And thanks for the advice. I constantly have to remind myself to stretch, but its becoming habit bc of some ongoing foot pain, no doubt weight related. I will be hitting the gym up at night, after baby sleeps, or right after husband gets home and eats. Excited for that :)

I love that age....notbquite as needy and can't crawl away. Pregnancy caused me foot pain too...actually after two pregnancy my feet went up a whole size!
