Day one, I weighed myself and I am at 232. That is 8lbs heavier than a week after Naty was born. I am going to walk daily, join the gym, and count calories. I have been doing this for years, I know what I have to do, just have to get up and move. I need your moral support, so feel free to chime in with advice, criticism and or praise.
