Faltering a little today. Barely eaten a thing and I know that is so wrong. But this heat makes me only want to drink alot of water. I have been on this diet now for 6 weeks now and that is usually the time when I begin to lose interest. How do I change that?? I must remember not to call it a "diet", but convince myself that it is truly a lifestyle change and continue to take it hour by hour, as day by day can be a little daunting. Time to get anal and prepare the next day's eating in advance and weigh and measure it all out in advance and start keeping the journal again. I can't rely on what I think is a serving and what I think my calories are and have been for the day, that's when the trouble starts and I get fatter again.
