Day 1
Decided to get back on track to losing weight and fitting into the clothes in my closet comfortably. I am really bad about not drinking enough water, eating enough fiber, and if I see candy, I have to eat it.
Today, I went to the gym at lunch, drank a bottle of water before working out, a bottle during my workout, and another bottle while sitting in the dry sauna after my workout.
I'm hoping that keeping track of what I eat and my workouts, that I will be able to lose the weight that snuck up on me the last 3 1/2 years while finishing up my degree while working full-time.
