I am beast, as my daughter says...I just mowed the lawn, trimmed some shrubs with the hedge-hog, and cut down a pygmy date palm that was dead with a hand saw. Guess all those boot camp workouts are paying off; I've never had this kind of upper-body strength or endurance. :)
