It's only been two days of healthy eating and I've already lost nearly 2lbs. I imagine that is just water weight, but still encouraging nonetheless. I am already starting to feel better from the inside. I've deceided in celebration of a new body and lifestyle, I'm giving up smoking as well. I finished my last pack of cloves yesterday, and though I want to big more, I am refraining! The wrinkles I've noticed around my lips are inspiring enough on their own. For a supplement, I've been having a tablespoon each morning of apple cider vinegar. It's supposed to boost your metabolism, clear your skin, assist in digestion - all sorts of good stuff! My digestion has definitely improved.
My biggest challenge is going to be exercise. It's difficult to get into a routine. This week I have gone for a long run, which h I did have to stop more than once. I also did the firm workout DVD on Monday. I made it through 40 of 60 minutes., but it was quite difficult. It moves quick and my feet aren't used to it yet. But I must keep trying! I CA. Do this!
