alarms? oh my gosh if you out alarms on your fridge I swear I'm so stealing that idea haha. I need some major tough love. like an alarm on my cabinets and my credit card ti block all fast food places haha.

Lol no, i have alarms on my phone to remind me to eat so i don’t binge in the evenings . I’m horrible at not eating enough all day and apparently why i make bad food choices in the evening. But an alarm on the fridge is a good idea 🤣

I always leave calorie room so if I need it I can eat a bit more but won’t eat later than 6pm which I needed to do last night ideally it would be fruit but not getting any until Wednesday
