OK Graduation leftovers gone, I had plans to walk, the kids had other plans... oh well, will exercise tonight. My plans for getting up this morning did not work out that well either, but I did get some house work done, we will try this again tomorrow.

Life happens... This thing..us trying to get our eating and weigh in control... It is a long haul thing. Celebrations and life will continue to happen along the way, so don't beat yourself up. :) Good luck to you too!

I never feel like working out in the am but I have done it before and 1 thing I found it does is get me good and awake and fully functioning before the day starts. Plus I got to go all day knowing that I had gotten the exercise out of the way for that day. I gotta get myself back into a routine of exercise on off days that is. 12 hours of work is enough exercise for me in a day.

It seems that my life one celebration after another... ~laughs~, just wish the food didn't tastes so good. ~grin~ Well, that is one thing this site sure did point out, while keeping track, I find that if I exercise, over my normal days work, I loose weight. Moving is the key, or I should say more moving... so that is what I must do, and will do - thank you for the comments, we all can do this, then we can all celebrate... moderately ~grin~
