OKAY!
this will be my very last first day in a diet! i have been through a lot of lies about diet and guess what nothing worked, until i became fully aware that it is a lifestyle that i should change!


Today was fine i spent it studying everything about calories and how do they work, what are the percentages and how many calories should be consumed in fat, protein and carbohydrates. I learned it all!!

i sat a daily 15 min of walking briskly for the 1st week of my weight loss plan! and to not consume any fast foods due to trans fats they contain.
