Turned down two different donuts, a cinnamon roll, a piece of pizza, and a piece of cake and a cake pop. These are all things that co-workers bring to my desk for me. I had my shake and a salad today and thats it. I have been working too hard to delay progress just to make someone else feel good that I ate what they made. Right now today I will no longer eat things I don't need or want just to make other people feel better. Part of the reason I have gotten so large is due to my family and friends showing their love by feeding me and me showing my love for them by eating the things they make me even if I was on a diet. I will no longer put anything in my body out of guilt. I eat what I want and if thats not okay with them maybe they will stop offering and I wont need to turn down as much things.
