I have been missing in action lately. But I'm back. I have been eating better and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I have been attending Zumba on Monday, Tuesdah, Thursday and Saturday. I am going to try to do some kind of exercise on the other days. I have cut out breads, starches, potatoes and pork. My diet consist of chicken, turkey, fish and lots of veggies.
