I've done the weightloss thing in the past and got down to a solid 8% body fat and even ran up and down Mt. St. Patrick in Ireland in less than an hour, but I stepped on the scale this morning and I was at 30% body fat and 219 lbs. This is not healthy and it's not good. Especially since I was the one always preaching about how losing weight was not complicated, just counting and willpower. So time to re-evaluate my life and put my money where my mouth is.
