Unofficial weight this morning is 58.6, the lowest I have ever achieved in my adult life. I have learned that perseverance works and getting your mind to stop using food as a buffer for your emotions and past makes a significant difference. I now wake up at 4.30am to exercise and start my day with a clear mind and clear goals. Thursdays gift to myself a personal trainer to take my fitness to another level.
