Well I hit the all time low and not really recovered yet. following my mums death nothing has seemed worth it. have returned to weight management clinic through doctors who have suggested i need emotional help with the loss of my mum so we see how that goes. on the docs suggestion i brought paul mckenna book and cd and on the 28th august i started following the advice in that. dont feel like a diet at all and i have ate what i wanted. i do struggle with knowing when full and even when hungry but i have lost 13 kg now so feel i am doing something right even if i feel so low still. soif nothing else is looking up then at least one thing is going the right way. just got to keep the motivation up now.
