ok.. so after my carnival food extravaganza i had gained nearly 2 lbs. yikes. Been following my diet plan and as of today i am back to last weeks weight. will see if tomorrow the scale budges at all. :) still my yearly funnel cake etc was soooo worth it. my theory is that there are some occasions that empty calories are a must do. it is all about how often and how much.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 June 2010:
1340 kcal Fat: 42.60g | Prot: 68.41g | Carb: 186.84g.   Breakfast: butter, Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream, eggs. Lunch: Long Potato Rolls, pickle relish, mayo, tuna. Dinner: salsa, Light Vegetable Soup, french's browm mustard, oscar mayer smoked turkey, double fiber 100% whole wheat. Snacks/Other: klondike, yoplait delights. more...
