Just finished Cardio Insanity! Haven't done this video in awhile, it is tough!

Yesterday did 3 mile walk/sprint with hubby. Noticed while sprinting that my thighs and butt have more muscle than jiggle and I can sprint a bit further than I could when we started 2 months ago! YAY!!!

Great job! It's nice when you start to feel real body changes. Just imagine how much stronger you'll be in one more month...and then the month after that and the month after that!
