The flu does wonders for losing weight!! I have basically slept and did nothing since Friday, but I did great on the scale b/c of the darn thing. I am sure I will go up a little next week, but it would be nice to keep it up. I am finally starting to feel human again. Hope everyone has a good night!
218.6 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
