185.4 lbs Not alot to say just going to take it one day at a time,baby steps (baby dance) slow and steady and all that and just do some 'tweaking' as one pal suggests! thanks for all you (you know who you are) that have emailed and given kind words of encouragement and ideas to try. god bless you all for the good work you do without you guys and rest of my Fatsecret Family im sure i would give up totally and become a lost cause but no I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!! so big {{hugs}} to everyone and again thank you for being there for me as i am for you!

Hey Slinky! I must say that that is quite a jump in a *very* short period of time. You must have had a ball! ;-) I see that you are starting to lose weight again and wonder if you are the type that loses easily and gains easily (like me). Take your time on the way back down as dramatic changes in weight can be particularly trying on one's heart. You will certainly get there, but be gentle on yourself and take your time. There are so many things that we can do to improve ourselves, just begin with one thing at a time (baby steps as you say). Take care of yourself my friend. :-)
