I was ready to get a workout in this morning, and thought now I'll start getting back on track, then I must have shut my alarm off before I was fully awake. I ended up waking up and realizing I was actually 10 mins. later than normal when I don't workout. Yikes. What a Friday I'm having so far. At least I'm getting off work early, so maybe I can get a workout in then, but my motivation is kind of lacking today. I'm really trying to pump myself up and give myself positive self talk, but since I haven't been feeling well I'm just too tired for motivation I guess.
In other news, my aunt sent cookies home with us the other day, darn her, so now I've been eating them. Luckily, my hubby has been eating them too, so he'll probably have them gone in no time. His metabolism is much better than mine, so a cookie for him is not as big of a deal.
I am determined not to gain 5 lbs or more this holiday season like I did last year, so I guess I'd better stop eating cookies and start exercising again.
