OK "buddy" I am doing Cycle 1 Day 2:
8:45 6 oz Light and fit Rasberry yogurt
Took a walk with my youngest (she doesn't start school til next week) Now were off to the club for boot camp. I'll have an apple or pear afterward with a ton of water.
meal 2 will be a small salad
Be back later with next meal...I need to run to the store :)

meal 3: small ckn breast with 1/2 c black beans and 2 tbl salsa

meal 4: 1 cup brown rice and 2 veggies plus a little piece of yellowfin tuna bc my husband is making that and it looks really good :)
