Feeling a little insecure about the whole thing today. I got up at 5:30 am to go to aerobics and now I just feel so tired. The class is the main reason why I've lost weight and been able to sustain it, though. My husband complains that the cat gets really excited when the alarm goes off since he knows it's time to eat. The cat, and not the alarm, wakes him up. Though the early morning rev up really got to me today, I'm still going because it's something I totally enjoy and it works--sorry sweet ee!
