On June 13, 2010. I did not do so well. I did not exercise and I ate all snacks. Lemon pie, cookies, and chips. Did not drink a lot of water.
My family and I went to Ruby Tuesday and I order the Salmon Flourtine. I guess it was about 6 to 8 oz salmon with spinach dip sauce. Bake potatoe with sour cream and butter. Green snap peas. I was not able to eat much because of all the junk food I eat earlier.
I weigh myself at home and my home scale read 217. I got up 07/14/2010 and weighed myself and my home scale read 216.8, but when I got to work the scale at work read 220.2. I think I am using the scale at work.
I have to weigh 213
