I can run 5 miles in 55 minutes. I've been doing ok, though not great, on my diet.

I have not been biking. I have not been weight training.

I have been happy. I have been seeing improvements in how my clothes fit.

By November 30th I'd like to be 138 and I'd like to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes. I want to feel more confident. I want to walk for 45 minutes most evenings while watching a dumb show on hulu. I need to add in more activity, but it doesn't have to be heart straining high impact. 300 calories is better than the 30 I'd burn sitting on my couch, and way better than the 100 I'd drink while watching my show. It's ok to eat most of these calories back, I think. I'm having a hard time sticking to 1400. Giving myself a way to be allowed to eat more is a good thing.
