Woke up this morning and my lower back was twinging. Sleeping on the couch sure doesn't help but with our a/c out the heat is just unbearable in the bedroom. Diet wise I had a good day. I had my Leanology shake mixed with soymilk in the morning with a banana for breakfast. I had a 2 0z. serving of Vemma for my vitamin fix also. I had a whole apple for a snack midday. At 2 pm I had a glass of soymilk. At 4 pm I had 8 oz. of roasted chicken breast and a multigrain bagel with organic peanut butter. 8 pm I had a cup of edamame, 8 oz. of roasted chicken breast again, 1/4 cup of sliced corned beef, and 1/2 cup of brown rice. Throughout the day I also drank 12 glasses of water. Before going to bed I took another shot of Vemma. Tomorrow I get ready for another day. The future is brighter.
