I went jogging for the first time yesterday. I bought shoes earlier in the week for that very purpose. I went a total of 2.5 miles, but I didn't jog the entire way through. I walked for about 25% of it. Nonetheless, I'm pleased. I'm going to make it a part of my weekly exercise. I'm shooting for about 3 days a week.
