So, I am seriously dreading my weigh in tomorrow morning. My fiance and I weigh in on Monday mornings, and then I do my "offical" weigh in at work on Thursday for our Biggest Loser club. I had a pretty ok week, but I am afraid of this weekend. I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday night and last night I went to a pig roast. I didn't over stuff myself, but nothing I ate was to healthy and I had 5 beers--not to mention that we stopped at WAWA at the way home and I had a chicken salsa flatbread at midnight and then went to bed.
I just hope that the numbers at too bad.
