I started working out with my fifteen year old son,getting him ready for the upcoming track season and next years football season,he's a big young man 6'5" 230lbs,I walk this mountain we have here in Tucson,he jogs it,then we go home and weight lift,he can bench press 205lbs for 8 reps at this time,I'm doing 315lbs for 6 reps, on the weekends we do football drills,lots of sprints,if I can keep up with him I fill I will have no problem losing the weight I need to,I just have to stay away from snicker bars,my kryptonite. =)
