Got a little carried away tonight. Had some wonderful company with my friend courtney and hubby. I ate way too much. I really like writing everything down because if I eat it I will have to write it down..I baked yesterday and I had to had to have one that I made. A pumpkin beer cupcake with chocolate chips.
I'm over it! They were ok. But I'm so full right now!! Yikes...tomorrow will be better!

Writing everything down is key. When I'm not as good about entering what I eat, I eat worse things (not necessarily more calories, but probably that, too) and - what I think makes as much of a difference - I drink less water. I know that keeping track of what I eat on FS makes me more cautious about eating the truly wrong things that I would have eaten before (such as a cheese danish) because I just don't want to see the amount of calories in my food entries. I find that, if I drink a lot of water (a 800 ml bottle 2 or 3 times per day), I'm definitely less hungry - and, as an added bonus - I really feel better. Try drinking lots of water and see if that helps.
