my story:
i'm a dancer, and have been struggling with my weight for already a year. i've tried sooo many food diets, and just couldn't drop the weight i needed to. finally, at the end of april, everyone got fed up with me (coaches, i mean) and put me on herbalife. it worked for the first couple of weeks, but then i kind of didn't follow it very well, and then ran out of supplements and tea, and then spent 2 weeks eating CRAP.
so i gained the few kilos i lost back :(

so here i am. back at 60kg. and need to be at 50kg by mid-july for a training camp in italy.

i got all my herbalife stuff, i'm at the gym 4 times a week doing cardio, and still dancing like crazy. i plan to get 8-10 hours of sleep per night no matter what.
i'm competing for the first time since may 1st (our worlds, where we placed 3rd... booya!) in 2 weeks, and i plan to blow everyone away with my sudden loss of weight and new body. it's also in florida, and we have some extra time on our last day, so i plan to come out to the pool in my bikini PROUD of my body.
