Loving the food diary more than ever. I'm going out to dinner tomorrow - SUSHI. LOVE it... but wanted to be prepared for enjoying it but not exceeding my RDI and have that lead to a guilt binge. So.. very cool I could enter everything for the day and adjust my 'order ' accordingly. Thank you Fat Secret!
