Just weighed in for a second time today. First weight at about 7am and second one at 1pm. Down 1.5 pounds in 6 hours. Lol. 197.5. 22.5 pounds to reach my goal. And I had toast with peanut butter last night - four pieces! After dinner which was collards with tomatoes and vegan sausage. Yum!
197.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.8 lb a week
