I was not surprised that my weight rose from hesterday. I ate too much salt. I got really hungry in the late afternoon and ate potato chips and rice cakes. The Orange chicken was salty. Have to do better. I can at least say I have come down from 160 even tho it took a year. Dad my willpower is so poor.It is hard to watch mEd eat nuts, Doritos,dips,cookies in front of me and I give in.
